Tractor Project 2 - Finished

Here is the second project that I was to complete on my Italian contract and now it is done. It was two task, first task was to make this model a 4wd tractor which we did by adding the axle from another tractor series to the new driveline created. This tractor was very fun to build and create because I really wanted to do a "beefy" tractor in a small package and this was a great oppurtunity. I learned alot on this project and had a great team that made it happen. I loved sitting on this tractor on American soil!!!!!
Second task was to try and package this tractor so we could ship lots of units in a simple way. To do this we created a "crate" type method that the dealer can assemble. It was a big risk that few believed dealers would accept but this validation test proved that our assumption they would if simple enough proved right. This is the dealer who I used to work with when I was a sales manager, it was really neat to see him happy with the result, I felt like it showed I really did listen and learn from these guys who have so many valuable years in the business and want to help.
Good friend and head engineer on my team, Mak. I was happy that he could see the first one put together in the USA by a dealer. We spent alot of time together in India trying to make this work right. We have a lot of funny stories on the creation of this tractor....
